About the company

ClaimRoute Inc. builds and maintains software for organizations working in contracting and insurance claims — two trades that run on scheduling, paperwork and follow-up, and that lose most of their time to exactly those three things.

The company builds its own products rather than taking on client work, and operates and supports everything it ships. Both products came out of watching the same problem from two sides: a contractor losing evenings to admin, and an adjuster losing days to voicemail.
